Being the voice of our members on issues impacting police governance and officer and public safety.

Developing a repository of best practices, tools, and providing expert advice in areas of board responsibilities.
Supporting Focus: These pillars are supported by a strong focus on sustainability, which includes organizational capacity, systems, funding, and continuous improvement.
How we put the plan into action
The Strategic Plan is implemented through a four-year Action Plan and annual work plans that:
- Align budgets and resources with strategic priorities
- Assign clear responsibilities and timelines
- Track progress through defined measures
- Report back to members and partners on results
