The First Nations Police Governance Roundtable is a dedicated, standing virtual discussion group designed to support First Nations Police Boards and their governance partners.

This session creates a space for open, practical conversation about the realities of police governance in First Nations communities. It recognizes that governance in this context is shaped by distinct legal frameworks, community priorities, and relational dynamics, and requires approaches that reflect those realities.

Each session is discussion-driven and grounded in real experience. Participants are encouraged to share challenges, explore solutions, and learn from one another in a respectful and focused environment.

This is not a presentation or formal training session. It is a working roundtable where governance questions can be explored honestly, and where shared insight helps shape future tools, supports, and programming.
