CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received by March 31, 2026 will be eligible for a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.

Cancellations received between April 1 and May 1, 2026 will be entitled to a 50% refund.

No refunds will be granted after May 1, 2026.

In all cases noted above, delegate substitution is permitted with written notice to PGO.
