DESCRIPTION:PGO’s Administrative Discussion Group provides a practical forum for police board administrators and support staff to connect\, compare experiences and discuss the issues they encounter in supporting effective police governance. \nSessions focus on current and emerging administrative and governance issues\, upcoming Board responsibilities\, legislative and regulatory requirements\, available PGO resources\, and the practical challenges of supporting Board operations. \nThe format is intentionally conversational. Participants are encouraged to bring questions\, share experiences and identify areas where additional guidance\, tools or clarification may be helpful. \nWhether you are an experienced Board administrator or new to the role\, these sessions provide an opportunity to learn from colleagues across Ontario\, stay informed about developments affecting police Boards and strengthen the administrative foundations that support good governance. \n.
